Thursday April 14th will be the much anticipated Disneyana Auction for the James "Ed" Malone estate of Piqua Ohio. There will be approx 300 cataloged lots and Thousands of additional Disney items to be sold uncataloged to in house bidders only. Please join us for a wonderful day of Disney items!
SCHEDULE FOR THE DAY: ( TIMES ARE APPROXIMATE)
***** 8:30 AM We will sell approx 100 paintings adn prints from loading dock, bring a jacket
*****9:30 AM to 1:00 PM EST will be UNCATALOGED ITEMS
*****At 1:00PM EST we will begint he CATLOGED session of the auction of approx 300 lots. ( About 3 hours)
*****AFTER the cataloged session we will finish up the UNCATALOGED items until completed.
There will be several tray lots in this auction. BRING BOXES and WRAPS

NYSST Collected. Please bring a copy of your re-sale certificate with you if you have not already done so. We MUST have this on file for NYS. Otherwise we will have to collect sales tax. NYS accepts all other state numbers.
NOTE: If you are using AUCTION FLEX/ Hi-Bid to ABSENTEE bid, please remember we do not have your CC on file. We will NOT charge your card after the auction. You will need to make payment arrangements and shipping arrangements. All AUCTION FLEX bids are due within 10 Days after invoicing. Non-Payers will be noted with Auction Flex and bid permission will be declined.
*******Shipping: There is a handling fee for each winning bid ( $4.00 for small items- $7.00 for medium items ( plates and bowls) and $10.00 for large items such as punch sets water sets) plus estimated shipping listed below. All shipping done by Fed-Ex. All out of country shipping USPS. If you do not want insurance you MUST send an email to billing@matthewwrodaauctions.com
******How do we calculate insurance: First 50.00 is free and included in the shipping price. The charge for insurance is then $1.00 per $100 if you want insurance. If you want insurance waived, you must provide written note so we can file with your invoice(s).
Items will be shipped within 10 BUSINESS days after they are paid for. ( Business days: M-W-F).
LARGER ITEMS AND ORDERS MAY TAKE A BIT LONGER.
If you have a larger order; your shipping will be calculated when items are ready to ship and a CC will be required. NO EXCEPTIONS. SHIPMENTS TO OVERSEAS ADN CANADIAN BUYER WILL BE SENT FULLY DECLARED UNLESS YOU STATE OTHERWISE. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR UNDER-DECLARED VALUES IF DAMAGED IN SHIPPING.
We ship USPS Priority or Registered depending on value. All packages with a value of $2000.00 or more will go registered mail. This takes a bit longer than Priority.
